General rules
  • Always :
    Remove street shoes / wear hide n seek’s socks.
  • Empty your pockets entirely.
  • Walk onto and off the courts.
  • Be in control of your body.
  • Bend your knees to stop your bounce.
  • Bounce in the center of the trampoline.
  • Perform at your own risk. Flips and other tricks are not allowed.
  • Be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar age/size.
  • Follow all park rules and hide n seek team member’s instruction.
  • Be aware of those around you . It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to avoid others.
  • ALWAYS empty your pockets before jumping . NO SHARP objects or unauthorized devices (cameras phone , etc..) allowed.

  • Never :
    Land on your head and neck.
  • Double bounce or affect another jumper’s bounce in any way.
  • If a guest enters your trampoline discontinue jumping until the guest has exited your space.
  • Attempt any skill or activity outside of your personal limitations , abilities , or skill level.
  • Double flip.
  • Do more than two single flips in a row.
  • Have anything in your mouth (gum , candy , etc..).
  • Sit or lie on the court. If you are tired and need to rest , you must exit the court.
  • Push , tackle , run on flat surfaces , race , or engage in horseplay of any kind.
  • touch any perimeter netting or tops pads.
  • Throw balls at another jumper’s head or neck area.
  • Wear wet clothes or unapproved body paint.
  • All jumers must have signed a waiver on file.
  • All participants must wear appropriate hide n seek socks - no stockings , hose , or socks without approved grips are allowed.
  • All jumpers must wear the wristbands received at check-in.
  • Participants may not have gum , candy or other objects in their mouths while on any trampoline court.
  • No food or drink is allowed on any of the trampolines at any time.
  • We recommend that jumpers who wear glasses either wear goggles over their glasses or go without glasses if possible.
  • Jump in control.
  • Bend your knees to stop your bounce.
  • Jump and land on two feet.
  • Jump if you have health limitations or injuries , are under the influence of alcohol or drugs , or are pregnant.

  • While you jump :
    ALWAYS one person per trampoline.
  • DO NOT land on your head or neck.
  • DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way - no double bouncing.
  • DO NOT attempt a double flip.
  • DO NOT sit or lay down on the court.
  • NO rough play or running .
  • NO climbing or hanging on the wall pads or nets.
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the courts.
  • ALWAYS follow staff directions.
  • DO NOT JUMP if a court monitor is not present.
  • No name calling , foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Soft Play General Warning & Play Rules
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • This soft play is designed for kids under the age of 12 years old.
  • The toddler area is designed for kids under the age of 3 years old, the height of 39 inch, the weight of 36 lbs.
  • The junior Area is designed for kids under the age of 12 years old, the height of 63 inch, the weight of 117 lbs.
  • Please choose the appropriate equipment.
  • No participants with physical impairment, back, neck, knee, or joint injuries, heart conditions, respiratory problems, pregnancy, or broken or sprained bones will be allowed onto the playing areas.
  • Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry and any sharp objects before entering. Socks are required to be worn at all times.
  • Long hair should be tied up before entering.
  • No food, drinks or gum are allowed on the equipment. Smoking is strictly prohibited on or near the equipment.
  • No climbing on the nets inside or outside of the equipment. No climbing or leaning on the fence.
  • No running, pushing, chasing, or any rough play in the playground/equipment.
  • Please remove all loose articles from pockets. No littering on the equipment.
  • Please read all the signs for each individual activity.
  • Management is not responsible for your child’s safety or any injury that may result from inappropriate use of equipment.
  • Please be considerate to others.
General Trampoline Rules
  • All jumpers must have a signed liability waiver and release on file prior to trampoline use. Failure to follow rules and courts attendant's instructions may result in serious injury.
  • NO ADULTS.
  • No Bare Feet.
  • No Climbing.
  • No Cartwheeling.
  • Special trampoline socks must be worn at all times to ensure a good grip.
  • One person at a time on each trampoline.
  • Look out for other jumpers and always try to avoid smaller players.
  • Safely land on two feet or butt when jumping.
  • Only act within your skill level and ability.
  • Do not jump or land on the surface pads.
  • No tricking off walls.
  • No popcorn bouncing.
  • No double bouncing, running, pushing, wrestling or house play of any kind.
  • Pockets should be completely empty. No large or loose jewels, studded belts and if possible, also no glasses and hearing aids.
  • No food or drinks allowed on the trampolines.
  • Kids should be accompanied by their parents.
  • No playing under the trampoline.
  • No gum or candy in the jumpers’ mouths.
  • No foul language will be permitted.
  • Jumpers must be in good physical condition.
  • Trampolines are not recommended for pregnant women and persons with heart, back, neck and joint problems.
  • We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.
  • Obey all instructions given by trampoline staff, amd have fun!
Safety Sign
  • AT NO TIME WILL BELONGS ON THE TRAMPOLINES OR IN THE FOAM PIT BE RETRIEVED. We are not responsible for stolen or broken items.
Climbing Walls Rules
  • Climbers and visitors under the operator's instructions at all time.
  • Must be minimum height of 41 in and climber's weight ranges from 40 lbs to 250 lbs for safety.
  • Climbing socks required.
  • Climbers must be correctly harnessed and attached by safety lines at all times.
  • Long hair must be tied back before climbing.
  • Safety checks are required before , during and after descending from the climb.
  • No climbing is allowed without the instructor's permission.
  • Children under 12 years old must be checked by the operator and be in constant adult supervision.
  • Remove loose objects before entering the climbing area.
  • Only one climber is allowed at the climbing wall at all times.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the climbing area.
  • Clothing appropriate for climbing must be worn.
  • Quick descends or swinging from the climbing ropes is strictly prohibited.
  • No participants with back, neck , knee , or joint injuries, heart conditions , respiratory problems , pregnant , broken or sprained bones.
  • Participants should climb with caution and at your own risk.
Wipe Out Play Rules
  • DO NOT CLIMB.
  • DO NOT HANG ON THE ARMS OF WIPEOUT.
Dodgeball Court Rules
  • Start the game with an even players and balls per team.
  • The number of each team will be determined by the attendants.
  • A team wins a game when they get all opposing players out.
  • The referee’s call is final.
  • Players may not CROSS or ENTER the neutral zone between sides.
  • Once you are out, you must exit and wait for the next game.
  • You will be removed from the court and possibly the facility for:
    • (a) Using abusive or foul language
    • (b) Fighting
    • (c) Ignoring the Court Attendant’s instructions
    • (d) Kicking or vandalizing the dodge balls
  • Obey all instructions given by trampoline staff, and have fun!
Matters Need Attention Of Auto Belay-Inspection & Maintenance
  • DO NOT OPERATE AFTER THE DATE SHOWN ON THE CERTIFICATION LABEL.
  • Ensure the auto belay device is secured during service to prevent accidental damage or injury from dropping.
  • The webbing assembly is spring loaded and will rapidly return into the device is released. This may result in damage or injury.
  • The auto belay contains strong magnets. Always ensure working environment is free of loose ferrous materials. Ingress of metal objects may compromise belay operation.
  • Clean with a cloth only. Do not use any cleaners, solvents or abrasives on any part of the auto belay or its associated equipment.
  • Webbing in your TRUBLUE must be evaluated on a daily basis. A detailed description of when a webbing should be taken out of service is included in the wear tables below. Webbing MUST be taken out of service by the time the webbing resembles the stage of wear designated in the wear tables. Continued use of webbing with wear at or beyond the designated stage of wear below may result in serious injury or death.
Warrior Course Rules
  • Enter the game under the supervisor’s instructions.
  • Do not attempt the course beyond your own skill level and capability.
  • Always wait until the warrior in front of you clears the first obstacle.
  • ALWAYS land on your feet when falling.
  • Never land on back, neck or chest.
  • EXIT the course and wait in line for next game.
  • No climbing trusses or attempting the course backwards.
  • Remove eyeglasses, jewelry and any sharp and loose objects before entering.
  • Participants under the court supervisor’s instructions at all times.
  • No participants with physical impairment, back, neck, knee, or joint injuries, heart conditions, respiratory problems, pregnant, broken or sprained bones.
  • NO food, drink, candy, or gum allowed in the course.
  • Appropriate Clothing is REQUIRED.
  • ONLY ATTEMPT THE COURSE WITHIN YOUR SKILL LEVEL Play At Your Own Risk!
Giant Wave Slide Rules
  • Caution: slides are FAST.
  • Feet first and front.
  • Sit up straight and cross arms on chest.
  • No sliding head first.
  • Do not start until the ball pit is clear.
  • Always exit the ball pit immediately.
  • No climbing up. Do not run or walk across the slide.
  • Do not jump off or push and pull anyone.
Air Bag Rules
  • Please confirm no one is on the airbag before entering.
  • Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry and any sharp objects before entering. No food, drinks, and gum on the air bag.
  • Only one jumper on the air bag at a time. Jumper’s weight ranges from 40 lbs. to 250 lbs. Supervision by a qualified staff is required at all times.
  • Always jump towards the landing zone of the air bag. Land on back or butt. Never land on your head, neck or face.
  • No backflips, double flips, somersaults, diving and rough playing.
  • No participants with physical impairment, back, neck, knee, or joint injuries heart conditions, respiratory problems, pregnant, broken or sprained bones.
  • Do not leave anything on the landing area.
  • Exit quickly after landing on the airbag.
Speed Slide Rules
  • The speed slide is not meant to be used by children under 5 years old.
  • Caution: slides are FAST.
  • Wear long sleeves and socks. Keep arms, legs and feet covered and tuck in loose clothes.
  • Do not start until the ball pit is clear.
  • Keep arms, elbows and hands off all surfaces while sliding.
  • Always start from a seated position, feet first and falling forwards.
  • Do not hold hands while sliding.
  • Sit up straight and cross arms on chest.
  • No sliding head first.
  • Do not slide with child in arms.
  • Always exit the ball pit immediately.
Basketball/Slam Dunk Court Rules
  • Follow the instructions of the attendant.
  • One person at a time.
  • No hanging on the rim or backboard.
  • Each jumper gets one chance per turn.
  • Always land on feet with bent knees.
  • No kicking basketball into net.
  • Exit the trampoline surface immediately.
  • Only attempt Slam Dunks within your skill level and ability.
  • Don’t jump across the padding.
  • No fighting or any rough playing in the trampoline area.
  • Obey all instructions given by trampoline staff, and have fun!
